Watch Zermatt to Verbier

In these days of quarantine a little inspiration can go a long way. Travel is off. That once in a lifetime ski touring trip in Europe is off. Most of us can’t even visit our families this winter. So we were psyched to watch The Faction Collective’s new film Zermatt to Verbier drop today. Here’s something you can turn on while you digest that big dinner. Best of all, it’s free and right here on YouTube.

The Faction Collective is based in the ski paradise of Verbier, Switzerland, home to extreme terrain, a nightlife scene that draws UK clubbers who don’t even know how to click into a binding, and the creme de la creme of European touring, including the famed Haute Route, right off the back of the mountain. The film, which stars Sam Anthamatten, Elisabeth Gerritzen, Yann Rausis, Anna Smoothy, follows the crew on the Patrouille des Glacier race, stretching though the terrain where ski touring was born and thrives, from Verbier to (you guessed it) Zermatt.

We are big fans of Faction’s skis (we even had the chance to test them on piste and deep in the Swiss backcountry in Verbier), but even more so of their attitude. This brand gets what matters.
