The Festy Experience, in just its second year, has already become a music festival tradition for music fans along the Atlantic seaboard. Hosted by The Infamous Stringdusters, The Festy is truly everything – and we mean everything – a festivarian could ask for: a stellar musical line up, local food, outdoor activities like mountain biking and trail running, and even yoga. If you find yourself free over Columbus Day weekend, head to the grounds of The Devil’s Backbone Brewing Company in Roseland, Virginia. Just south of Charlottesville and nestled in the shadows of the Blue Ridge, Devil’s Backbone will play host to all of the bands on this month’s Trail Mix (and then some).
