This weekend, show your support for CU Boulder education by participating in the Buffalo Bicycle Classic on Sunday, September 13. This event is the university’s largest scholarship initiative that has raised more than $2.5 million for promising students attending CU.
Participants have a choice of riding the 14-mile Little Buff or the 110-mile Buff Epic that goes through Boulder Canyon. New this year is the 5k Buffalo Run that takes place on CU campus.
At the event, riders and runners will have the opportunity to meet two of the scholarship recipients, as well as the CEO of Elevations Credit Union, the faculty director for the Buffalo Bicycle Classic and other important people involved in putting on the event.
Rides will take participants throughout the foothills of Boulder and the northern Front Range. Colorado Ave. serves as the start and finish line for all events.
If you’re looking to sign up, registration ends at 12:00 pm on Sept. 11 and ride day registration begins at 6:00 am on Sunday, Sept. 13.
