Comfort is key for long days in the saddle. And while I’ve used a chamois for a long, long time, my bib journey is not quite as seasoned. Since pulling up my first bib a couple seasons ago, I have tried my fair share of styles/models/brands and I have to say, the latest from Machines for Freedom (MFF) quickly rose to one of my top choices!
The MFF Endurance Bib 2.0 is the second generation model of their classic, fan favorite Endurance Bib and features the same 8+ hour chamois and compressive fabric we’ve known and loved – not now has several upgrades.
Why we love it
Inclusive sizing & stellar fit
MFF’s inclusive fit isn’t an afterthought. They took the time and energy to do it right, hiring fit models with different heights and proportions, dialing in the fit with real people in real riding situations. The end product gives riders a bib that provides comfort for all-day rides in sizes XS-XXXL.
Increased breathability & durability
We tested the Endurance Bib 2.0 in a variety of riding conditions – high country singletrack, sweltering desert 2-track and all the fun gravel in between and the breathability was top-notch. The stretchy fabric let my body move freely and cool down quickly. And I loved compression leg bands! They stayed in place without being too tight – perfection!
Pockets!
Sometimes, we wear jerseys equipped with pockets for cellphones, sunblock and snacks. Sometimes, we don’t. Thankfully, this bib features 2 back pockets that fit my phone and other essentials. Nothing was lost, but everything was gained!
Where to find them
