Tuesday we depart for Bishop, California, on the east side of California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. They’ve had a mega season and we’re hoping to ski some big peaks, soak in the hot springs, clip a few bolts in the Owens River Gorge…and hit the Lotus of Siam in Vegas on the way in. Yes!
Weather’s warm in the valley (into the 80s), but there is still a ton of snow up high. I’ll post pics.
The other notable development today is a vid I saw on Teton Gravity Research. I don’t know what to say…it’s a king jackass production, but the amazing thing…it just doesn’t end. Watch and see how wrong-headed one sledneck can be. Worth the visit.
