It’s sometimes easy, living in Boulder, to forget about access issues. Eldorado Canyon State Park, the Flatirons, BoCan, Lumpy, and the Park all offer world-class climbing, spoiling us rotten–but let’s not take it for granted. The Access Fund works hard to keep climbing areas open, but also to maintain healthy relationships with land managers throughout the country. Here’s our chance to help them out in our own backyard: Flagstaff.
Saturday, October 6, the Access Fund will be working on trails and popular bouldering spots on Upper Flag. The area gets tons of traffic and has become eroded in certain spots, so help the Access Fund preserve the area and guarantee access for years to come.
