This month has been a bit of a whirlwind, to say the least. We’ve covered a lot of miles and visited some of our favorite Colorado mountain towns. The days are still hot, but the mountain nights are starting to get that familiar chill in the air. Last night, in Crested Butte (where we’ve set up a mobile office for a few days) the temperature dipped to 38 degrees overnight, chilly! Our shadows have that late-in-the-summer look to them. While in truth – summer is still in full swing, we can tell fall is on the horizon. Thought the thought is bittersweet, it’s still pretty sweet. We love fall in Colorado. The mosquitos will finally be at bay, the crowded mountains seem to return to their peaceful silence, and the aspens shine bright with their brilliant hues of orange, red, and yellow. Maybe we’re getting ahead of ourselves… It is still 100 degrees in Denver today. We’ve been on the road for five straight months and we know a thing or two about gear that’s made to last. Stio: Eddy Shirt LS (Men’s and Women’s)
The Eddy Shirt from Stio has become our go-to mountain shirt. The water- and wind-resistant long-sleeve can take you from the mountain, lake, or river straight into the office.
